Okay, maybe you're thinking of selling, or a possible refinancing, or you're just curious, but for whatever reason, you want to know what you're home is worth. If you e-mail me the address of your home and some basic information, I'll research recent sales (within 6 to 12 months) of comparable homes in your neighborhood, and I'll e-mail you an estimate of your home's value in today's market.
Now don't run right out and post a "For Sale By Owner" sign in your front yard with this as the asking price. This is an estimate.
I'm pretty good, and I'll be pretty close, but when I advise you on a sale price, I kinda want to take an actual look at the home first. That way I can get a feel for the unique features of your home that distinguish it from the others which sold in your neighborhood. Two, 2,500 square foot homes with four bedrooms and three full baths can have significantly different value. Curb appeal, amenities, floor plan, fixtures, decorating and condition can add to, or decrease value.
So, remind yourself that you're getting an estimate, take a deep breath, and fill out the form below. When you're done, check to make sure you gave me your compLETE e-mail address, and click on "Submit". I'll get back to you as quickly as I can.
